This is a replica of the Lancaster MkIII - Mickey The Moocher in service with the World famous  Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
Includes display stand and specially designed display box.

Aircraft lettered "M" were usually know as "Mike" or "Mother" but in this instance one of the crew called it "Mickey" and it was decorated with Mickey Mouse on the nose, becoming known as "Mickey the Moocher". Bomb symbols appear in rows of 10 above Mickey and depict the number of ops that the plane flew on.
