Dragon Armor JagdTiger Henschel Version sPzJgAbt 512 Germany 1945. 60110REF:60110 Scale 1.72 Length 103mm (excluding barrel) A fantastically detailed JagdTiger from Dragon Armor featuring a wealth of detail and accurately reproduced camouflage and markings. The Jagdtiger was designed around a box shaped superstructure on top of a lengthened Tiger II chassis. The resulting vehicle featured very heavy armour and the powerful 128 mm PaK 44 L/55 gun capable of defeating any tank fielded in World War II, even at long ranges (+3,500 m). The JagdTiger was designed with 250 mm armour on the front turret and 150 mm on the glacis plate, which made it practically invincible to a frontal attack. However it lacked a traversable turret and the main gun mount had a limited traverse of only 10 degrees, the entire vehicle had to be turned to aim outside its very narrow field of fire. The Jagdtiger also suffered from a variety of mechanical and technical problems due to its immense weight and under-powered engine. The JagdTiger was prone to frequent breakdowns which ultimately led to more Jagdtigers being lost to mechanical problems or lack of fuel than to enemy action.
