From the Corgi  Forward March Special Forces Series Royal Marines Commando is a Limited Edition model with only 1,500 pieces distributed worldwide. 1982 saw the Argentinean invasion of the Falkland Islands and the Royal Marine Commandos were one of the first troops to secure the beachhead at San Carlos - probably the most successful landing of any war - 3,000 troops were put ashore without any casualties. Each model in the Forward March range has been researched by acknowledged experts, then meticulously sculpted by skilled artists before being spun cast in white metal and hand painted to exacting standards.

It is this authentic eye for total detail and realism that sets Forward March figures apart. A detailed fact card is also included with each piece giving a full biographical history of each figure.
