With a total of fifteen Boeing 737s, the former British Airways subsidiary Go tried to drive the British and Irish competition of low-price carriers out of the market. The planes had a uniform basic design, but then varied the colours as well as the logos.
Thus, there was a Boeing 737, registration G-IGOB, with turquoise fuselage belly and engine cowlings, which carried the words “go fiesta” on the left, and “mi amigo“ on the right hand side of the fuselage. The message of the red version with the registration G-IGOL was “go exploring“ and “love to go“, whereas violet G-IGOM offered the slogans “go for a break“ and “off we go“. All three models are now released in this fantastic 1/500 scale set.
