Delivery Times Orders placed before 3pm (mon-fri) are posted the same day. Items ordered after 3pm are posted next the working day.
Postage/Delivery All postage is charged at cost and is based on the weight of the item. We do not profit from postal charges. Your order will normally be despatched immediately upon receipt of cleared funds. At times of higher demand, postage may take slightly longer. As stock levels are not unlimited, supplies of limited edition models are inevitably under greater pressure, out of stock items will be shown on the website.
Postal Options We offer you the choice at checkout of either Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail First Class Non Recorded, as well as European, American and Global postal options. We use DHL for heavier / larger items over 2 Kg. A signature is required for both Royal Mail Recorded and DHL services. We always obtain proof of postage/despatch.
Europe/USA/Worldwide All items are posted using Royal Mail Air mail and International Signed For service. For larger / heavier items over 2Kg we use DHL. We always obtain proof of postage/despatch.
